Glens Runners Annual Charity Run is on Sunday 1st March 2009. Robin joined us last year for the 16 mile run from Ballycastle (Marine Hotel) to Cushendall Boat Club, and all Ballymena Runners are more than welcome to join us - its an excellent training run for half/marathons. It'll also be more scenic than the usual Ballymena runs too!! We havent sorted out starting times yet but keep an eye on www.glensrunners.com for more details - it will probably be a morning start though.

Just a note to thank you for your kind invitation to join your breakfast run over the Glens last week. I would love to have went but had something else on that day. I think John was the only one of our club that was able to make it and I havent got speaking to him yet but i'm sure he had a great run.
